Meet Kevin

Kevin grew up right here in Burnaby, BC. He completed his Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Physiology at Simon Fraser University. During his undergraduate degree, he played rugby with SFU and dabbled in research on ice hockey head injuries — even assisting with some publications.

He later travelled abroad to study Physiotherapy at The University of Melbourne in Australia, where he was involved in various sporting and high performance teams as a student, trainer and/or physiotherapist. These teams included the Moorabbin Rugby Club, Coburg Football Club, the Brumbies and Box Hill United SC.

Kevin brings to our team a unique combination and background in sports and neurological Physiotherapy. He worked with both populations in Melbourne prior to returning to Canada.

Kevin has an interest in lower limb sport injuries due to his own experience returning from an ACL rupture and surgical repair. From a neuro standpoint, Kevin has an interest in working with acquired brain injuries and concussions.

Although his rugby career has come to an end, Kevin still enjoys playing sports as a weekend warrior, hiking, and is also an avid enjoyer of Dungeons and Dragons and other tabletop games.
